Carolina Giraldo
Carolina holds an undergraduate degree in linguistics and literature and recently completed her master's degree in Educational Psychology from the University of Texas. For the last ten years she has worked as an instructional designer, developing curriculum for corporate executives, government officials, and school administrators. She also has an extensive background in teaching Spanish as a second language, instructing a diverse group of clientele that included diplomats of the British Foreign Service and officials from the Japanese International Cooperation Agency (JICA).
Currently she is doing freelance work , developing instructional materials for teachers training in the state of Texas. This includes preparation and design of class materials and production of videos, online documents, presentations, and websites As a multimedia systems specialist, she has vast experience in hardware and software selection, video production and editing, program compatibility, and security issues.
She is certified in the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT Suite and has been designing training programs for clients in Latin America. Her coaching experience includes working with teachers and first line supervisors.
With additional time now on her hands, she hopes to return to two of
her favorite activities- practicing yoga and tasting good wines.
