Francisca Phillips
Francisca has worked in training departments and been a coach to teams
and employees from several multi-national organizations in both North
and South America for nearly ten years. From her beginnings as an interpreter
for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, Rhône-Poulenc, MRI
(Monetary Research Institute), and the United States Embassy to her corporate
training programs, she has been instrumental in developing other people
and bridging diversity issues.
She has been involved in projects with clients in the energy, grocery,
and retail industries, such as divisions from Exxon Mobil, Shell, BP Amoco,
Fiesta Mart Inc., Kroger, Bank of America, Houston Chronicle, and Compaq.
Most recently, Francisca has become our resident expert on electronic learning and development solutions. Francisca manages the electronic side of our business, including online 360s, e-coaching, and our 'Talent Portal'.
Francisca holds a number of degrees from Pontificia Universidad Catolica de Chile. She has Bachelor equivalents in English, Spanish, and French translation and interpreter skills and environmental science. She hold an M.Ed. equivalent degree in assessment, instruction, and evaluation.
Francisca is a citizen of Chile and a permanent resident of the USA. She loves to travel and work with diverse cultures. Her most recent achievement is becoming the mother of her infant son, Santiago.
