Michael Friedman
As
Managing Director of F&L Group, Michael specializes in the design
of leadership development and succession management programs. During the
last fifteen years he has also managed and lead projects in the areas
of: organizational assessment, change management, competency development,
and executive education.
Michael has a graduate degree in Economics and also began doctorate level
courses in Psychology. In between his career in consulting, he spent eight
years in sales, marketing, and business development. During that time
he was an active partner and salesperson in a start-up financial planning
company, which was successfully sold to a global media firm.
Michael continues to design and manage projects in the utility, oil &
gas, health care and financial services industries.
These customers and his executive coaching clients include division presidents
and officers from Fortune 1000 companies. He is also a Master Associate
for Lominger Consulting, leading projects for their larger global clients.
Most importantly, Michael is married, the father of two year old Zoe,
an avid reader, and an aspiring tai-chi student.
