Min Shen
Min's vision is to bring the best management practices and tools to China, where she can help talented managers to grow, and their companies to prosper.
She comes with an HR background from a global luxury goods company. In her role, she managed budgets, helped design employee development programs and worked extensively with PeopleSoft. She trained employees internally on teamwork projects and supervised training and development programs including: High Performance Team Training and Mission Leadership Training. Min is also certified to train others on key tools of the LEADERSHIP ARCHITECT® Suite
Min was born and raised in Shanghai China, but has lived and worked in France and the U.S. during the past ten years. She speaks three languages fluently. Min loves teaching and has been a tutor and interpreter to French, Chinese, and American businessmen.
Min has a degree in French from Columbia University and prior to that, spent five years studying classical piano at Southern California Conservatory of Music in Los Angeles. Min dances ballet, loves music, theater and independent films. She is also a connoisseur of fine cuisine and good wine. She and her husband live in Berkeley, California.
