Yolanda Lacoma

Yolanda Lacoma has a background in academia and now specializes in executive development. With Masters degrees in Psychology and European Studies and a postgraduate program in Education, Ms Lacoma spent four years teaching at the University of Aberdeen in Scotland. During this time she also received her Certification in Media Studies and Communication.

After moving to the United States, Yolanda began her career in corporate training and development. As a partner in F&L Group, she has proven invaluable in a variety of interventions for high-profile clients. From her skills as a facilitator in strategic planning to her executive coaching sessions, Yolanda brings a breadth of knowledge and professionalism to every engagement. Other clients that she has served include Coca-Cola, Deloitte and Touche, LVMH, Compaq, Linbeck Construction, the United Way, FMC, BHP, Texas Utilities, Edelca, Banco Popular, and Novartis. She has taught courses and lead programs in Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic, Spain, and Venezuela.

Yolanda is certified to administer the Birkman Method (a comprehensive personality inventory). She also works with the Leadership Architect Suite of products, including 360° feedback and Career Architect, and has certified (both in Spanish and English) Human Resources Departments to capitalize on these powerful tools.

In addition to work, Yolanda is passionate about the arts. She has published short stories, loves literature from around the world, and dances salsa (well)!
