- Ability to link competency models with any learning activity
(courseware, part-time assignment, coaching, etc)
- Launch and track any online and traditional courses
- Update individual 'learning transcripts' that track all completed
courses and development activities
- Quick access to "My Leadership Center", web page that allows the
user to access all resources that are relevant, including new course
offerings, their personal development plan, resource shortcuts and
access to e-coaching.
